Responsibilities

  • Execute overall recruiting strategy formulated by management

  • Develop and update job descriptions

  • Perform job and task analysis

  • Conduct reference checks

  • Screen and filter resumes

  • Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, and aptitude

  • Source candidates via job portals and other online platforms

Requirements

  • Possess at least <academic qualification> in <field of study>

  • Able to think out of the box to hire from other industries

  • Excellent writing skills in English for job ads and reports
