Job Description

  • Prepare director’s correspondence: email, quotation, and meeting minutes

  • Manage director’s schedules, appointments, travel arrangement and meetings

  • Coordinate and conduct inter-department meetings on behalf of the director

  • Welcome and attend to director’s guests

  • Maintaining best business practices, etiquette, and presentation

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Ability to build clear and concise presentation decks
