Job Description
Perform monthly cost reporting and tracking of ongoing jobs
Attend site meetings, on-site BQ verifications and quality checks
Prepare quotations and bills of site control and site valuation
Assess and evaluate subcontractor payments
Document design changes and update budgets
Maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
Working experience in <industry 1> or <industry 2>
Minimum <number> years of industry experience
Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan and work under pressure
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent negotiating and people skills
