Responsibilities:
Provide user requirements for pre and post production processes.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for easy understanding
Establish and manage technical relationships with all internal and external parties
Collaborate with development team to ensure projects of the right specs are delivered on time
To be involved in internal and external audits
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in <field> or its equivalent
Understanding of full cycle of <job process> and proficiency in <software>
Extremely analytical and organised with problem-solving skills
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work directly with technical and business leaders
