IT Support Specialist

Our <location> office is hiring an IT Support Specialist to maintain the <name> system of our <department>. This role requires travelling to our <location> site <frequency>. Transport, meals, and accommodation allowances will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review hardware, servers, systems, and key IT processes.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot IT issues for internal and external stakeholders

  • Install, update, and configure hardware and software as requested by project managers

  • Onboard new hires on company’s IT protocols, such as software and hardware usage limitations

  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to management

Requirements:

  • Highly organised person with excellent problem solving and communication skills

  • Experience in wireless LAN configuration and installation

  • Expertise in mobile smart devices installation and configuration (iOS and Android)

  • Proficient in <software 1>, <software 2>, and <software 3>

  • Willing to work on weekends if required
