Responsibilities
Review business processes and provide inputs to improve quality
Create/design applications for processes, test cases, and test data
Ensure offerings are entirely functional
Enforce best practices and optimisations throughout the testing and bug-fixing process
Implement rigorous reporting and automated monitoring systems
Create quality control checklist
Manage defective products
Support in qualifying new suppliers and maintain supplier performance
Be the PIC for ISO 9001 quality management system
Requirements
