Responsibilities
Implement a framework to ensure company’s tax, employment, and corporate affairs are legally compliant
Support <company activity> throughout the region
Draft and handle high-level agreements and contracts, including but not limited to commercial, corporate, intellectual property, distribution, and marketing
Analyse, negotiate, and resolve legal disputes
Participate in all kinds of transactions and negotiations
Select and manage external legal counsels
Manage company’s IP assets
Requirements
<number> years of experience in contract review, dispute resolution, and <legal work>
Experience in <industry name> preferred
Qualified to practise law with a good standing in <country>
Strongly analytical and organised
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Will to travel to <location> for business
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
