Responsibilities
Desktop support in hardware and software
Log incident and service requests via email and phone
Coordinate with different teams (including vendors) to resolve issues properly
Track, follow up and close cases within agreed SLA
Implement best practices, like First Call resolution, to improve efficiency
Basic server and network equipment support
Monitor queue and routing tickets
Undergo training for new systems and procedures
Manage hardware and software distributed to employees
Provide feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
Minimum <number> years of experience in end user support
Keen knowledge of desktop operating systems
Knowledge of <programming language 1> and <programming language 2>
Proficient in <coding language 1> and <coding language 2>
Understanding of API Design Principles and Requirements
Fluent in spoken <language 1> and <language 2>
Patient and pleasant personality
