Responsibilities

  • Desktop support in hardware and software

  • Log incident and service requests via email and phone

  • Coordinate with different teams (including vendors) to resolve issues properly

  • Track, follow up and close cases within agreed SLA

  • Implement best practices, like First Call resolution, to improve efficiency

  • Basic server and network equipment support

  • Monitor queue and routing tickets

  • Undergo training for new systems and procedures

  • Manage hardware and software distributed to employees

  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum <number> years of experience in end user support

  • Keen knowledge of desktop operating systems
