Responsibilities:

  • Process online enquiries and feedback from <social media 1>, <social media 2>, <social media 3>, and other online platforms.

  • Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.

  • Handle all inbound/outbound calls bilingually and effectively

  • Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.

  • Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum <number> years of related working experience in Customer Service background

  • Mediation and conflict resolution knowledge would be an added advantage

  • Diploma and above in any discipline

  • Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends
