Job Description
Challenge creative agencies in producing effective creative ideas
Strategise and execute communication plans supported by consumer insights, motivations, and needs
Constantly monitor campaign and brand performance with performance marketing agencies
Actively manage A&P to achieve ROAS as set by management
Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing department to ensure brand consistency across all on-ground marketing channels
Grow brand credibility through partnerships and events
Job Requirements

Minimum <number> years of marketing experience in <industry>
Strong analytical and research skills
Good sense of design, copywriting, and video production
