Job Description

  • Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations

  • Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships

  • Handle HR related investigations

  • Compile and update employee records

  • Assist in payroll preparations

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent

  • Experience in payroll is an added advantage

  • Well organised with high sense of urgency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office AND Google Workspace

  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings

  • Understanding or employment laws and regulations
