Job Description
Clean dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas as set by the management
Assisting the chef in preparation, including but not limited to washing, chopping, shredding, and grating of ingredients
Sweeping and mopping floors in the event of spillage
Assisting with the unloading of deliveries
Job Requirements
Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Physically strong and fit
Able to work under pressure
