Ad Performance Panel

You can now access performance insights within your recruitment system with the Ad Performance Panel.  

This embeddable widget shows you conversion rates at each stage of the hiring funnel, including application start to complete rate and provides a clear view on how many applications are coming from SEEK. 

The Ad Performance Panel can also help you improve your hiring funnel by tracking conversion rates at each hiring stage to ensure you’re getting the most out of your ads on SEEK. 

Enhanced apply solutions 

If you require greater control and personalisation over what’s captured in applications, Apply with SEEK lets candidates apply on your careers site with pre-filled information from their SEEK Profile. This makes it faster to apply and increases completed applications.  

Apply with SEEK now includes more pre-filled information such as education, preferred location and an executive summary to make it even easier for candidates to apply for your roles. It now also supports international hiring, delivering a localised experience across SEEK’s Asia Pacific markets including multi-language support.

Ad Sync 

SEEK’s effortless job posting solution enables you to post quality job ads to SEEK using a feed from your recruiter system or careers site, reducing the time and effort of posting ads across multiple platforms. 

Ad Sync automates the ad posting process and allows you to pre-set ad selection rules, allowing you to optimise performance for each role you hire. 

You can also configure branding elements, such as logo, job header image and video content as well as key selling points and company benefits, helping your business maintain consistent branding across all your job ads on SEEK.
