Data Sharing Agreement

As part of our commitment to comply with the DPA of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), we request that you execute a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) with us. This agreement will outline our mutual obligations, responsibilities, and liabilities as Personal Information Controllers (PICs). For more information, you may refer to NPC Circular No. 2020-03. ⁠

Please download the DSA below, have it signed by your Authorized Signatory and your Data Protection Officer (DPO) — or the person responsible for data privacy compliance in your organization. ⁠If no DPO has been appointed, the company’s Head will serve as the default contact. ⁠ ⁠Once signed, kindly send the document to [email protected] and cc your Account Manager. ⁠
